1. Refund & Replacement Policy
We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
✅ If you received the wrong product.
✅ If you received an expired product.
✅ If you received a damaged product.
Important Conditions:
Unboxing video and photos are mandatory. Complaints without a video/photo will not be accepted.
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery (excluding weekends or public holidays).
If a customer receives the wrong or damaged product, they must return it to our office address.
NajmoCare will bear the replacement shipping charges, but only after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
1.1 Refund Process

2️⃣ Our team will investigate the issue within 3-5 business days and make a decision.
3️⃣ Once the product is received at the NajmoCare office, we will inspect it before initiating the refund or replacement process.
4️⃣ The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
2. When is a Refund or Replacement Not Accepted?
❌ If the product has been partially used.
❌ If the sealed product is opened and has no defects.
❌ If the customer places the wrong order (e.g., incorrect product or quantity selection).
❌ If the customer wants a refund or return due to personal reasons (dislike, change of mind, etc.).
❌ If the delivery failed due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
❌ If the complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery.
❌ Complaints without an unboxing video and photos will not be accepted.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
✅ Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours and receive a full refund.
✅ If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
